DOUGLAS M. (GREGORY) KILDUFF, Managing Partner
In addition to being the Managing Partner of the Sacramento office, Gregory is the President of the firm and a member of its Board of Directors. He is the Co-Chair of the firm's Personal Injury practice group, where his practice includes defending construction site injury, motor vehicle, premises liability and products liability cases.
Within his diverse litigation practice, Gregory has focused on the defense of medical professional, medical facilities and elder abuse cases. He has also handled various types of real estate litigation defending the interests of real estate professionals, such as home inspectors.
Gregory is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has trial experience in state and federal courts.
Gregory is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada and a member of the Defense Research Institute.
