JOSEPH KIM, Associate
Joseph is an associate in the Oakland office. His focus is on construction defect litigation. Prior to joining Ericksen Arbuthnot, Joseph worked in civil litigation, and was a justice fellow at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where he handled arrangements, motion hearings, and conducted five jury trials.
While in law school, Joseph was selected as one of the six finalists in the “Advocate of the Year” competition. He was also a research associate for counsel to the Illinois State Senate President Emil Jones, where he helped litigate the constitutionality of the state’s divestment statutes.
He is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association.
