Lisa is a partner in the Los Angeles office, and is the Co-Chair of the Products Liability practice group. She is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Her practice includes products liability, fire law, premises liability, professional liability, real estate agents and brokers, construction defect, toxic/environmental torts, copyright and trademark infringement, employment law, and a range of general civil liability matters.
Lisa has jury trial experience in many venues throughout Southern California and has had a number of verdicts and settlements reported. She has handled multiple cases in U.S. District Court including Americans with Disabilities (ADA) cases, products liability, patent infringement and trademark infringement cases. She has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases in all areas of civil liability defense.
Lisa is a member of the Products Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute and was recently named marketing chair for the DRI Fire and Casualty SLG. Lisa is co-writing an article about the ramifications of making products "green" for submission to a nationally distributed product liability journal. She is an associate member of the Consumer Electronics Association.
Lisa fundraises for Autism Speaks and was honored as a "Gold Supporter" of that group in 2008. She and her husband, who is also an attorney, spend their free time keeping up with their college-age daughter and seven-year-old son.
