ROBERT W. LOFTON, Associate
Robert joined the firm in 2009 as an associate in the Los Angeles office and is a member of the employment practice group. During his fifteen years of practice, he has had comprehensive litigation and trial experience, and has participated in mediations involving employment claims against both large corporations and small businesses.
He has represented a wide range of clients in diverse claims in all areas of employment, including sex, race, and disability discrimination and harassment. He has represented management in all areas of labor and employment law and litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour, union organizing campaigns, grievances and arbitrations. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, national and international companies in a broad range of industries, as well as entrepreneurs and public entities.
At the University of Washington School of Law, Robert was elected to the Order of the Barristers for outstanding performance in Moot Court competition. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
