ERICKSEN ARBUTHNOT ADDS ASSOCIATES IN OAKLAND OFFICE

Ankitha Satyam and Joseph Kim have joined the firm’s Oakland office. Ankitha is a member of the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Professional Liability practice groups. She holds a J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where she was an associate editor of both the Brigham Young University International Law & Management Review and Journal of Public Law. She is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association.

Joseph Kim is a member of the firm’s Construction practice group. He holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. While in law school, he was one of six finalists in the “Advocate of the Year” competition. He was also a research associate for counsel to the Illinois State Senate President Emil Jones, where he helped litigate the constitutionality of the state’s divestment statutes. Joseph is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association.
