Alexander (Alex) Promm is an Associate Attorney in the Firm’s Oakland/East Bay office.  Mr. Promm joined the Firm after working at a civil litigation firm in San Francisco focusing on defending automobile litigation. 

Alex completed his undergraduate education at San Francisco State University, earning a B.A. in Social-Political Philosophy.  He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law with an emphasis on employment and corporate law.  While in law school, Alex won the prestigious Emory Law Scholarship and Witkin Award for International Business Transactions.

Alex’s practice focuses on employment, premises liability, personal injury, business disputes, and real estate/breach of habitability cases.  Alex also has experience in counseling and advising clients of rights and obligations under federal and state employment law and formational issues for businesses.  He has also worked in the technology sector and believes in the integration of technology to better serve the client. 

In what spare time he has, Mr. Promm enjoys painting, his pets, and movies.  He also has a strong interest in community activism and politics.
