Ms. Wasserman is an associate in the Fresno office. Prior to Ericksen Arbuthnot, Ms. Wasserman practiced general civil litigation and business transactions for small to medium size businesses in the areas of construction, trusts and estates, real property, labor and employment, and intellectual property. Additionally, Ms. Wasserman has experience representing parents and minors at all stages of juvenile dependency proceedings, including trial. While in law school, Ms. Wasserman was an in-house litigation paralegal at large Silicon Valley tech company. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Wasserman enjoyed a career in public relations.
Ms. Wasserman graduated cum laude from University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a Comments Editor on the USF Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Juvenile Law. Ms. Wasserman was also a McAuliffe Honors Society recipient for her entire tenure at USF Law.
In her free time, Ms. Wasserman enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exercising.
