Mingzi Ouyang is an associate in the San Jose office of Ericksen Arbuthnot. Her practice includes the defense of litigation involving construction defect and personal injury claims. In addition, Mingzi has a strong background with compliance issues for commercial real estate companies and financial institutions.
Mingzi is licensed in New York as well as California. In addition to her education in the United States, Mingzi has a National Judicial Examination Certificate in the People’s Republic of China. After moving to the United States, she obtained her LL.M. from Cornell Law School and her J.D. from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Thereafter she attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC. as a J..D. Visiting Student. Prior to joining our firm, Mingzi worked as a U.S. Law Consultant for a firm in China and as a consultant for the American Corporate Services.
Mingzi is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Ericksen Arbuthnot Real Estate Practice Group. She is a published author on topics of consumer rights and the protection of copyrighted works.
