Violaine is an associate attorney in the firm’s Oakland/East Bay office.  Her practice focuses on business litigation, environmental, employment, intellectual property, and personal injury law.  Violaine is experienced in handling all phases of litigation, including pre-suit, conducting discovery, law and motion work, and oral arguments.

Prior to joining Ericksen Arbuthnot, Violaine served as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Quebec in Quebec City, Canada, where she worked on civil, criminal, and family law matters. During her studies at Berkeley, Violaine focused on law and technology and received the Law and Technology Certificate.  Violaine also served as research assistant for a handbook regarding California Privacy Law, which was published in 2016.

During her spare time, Violaine enjoys gourmet cooking, playing tennis, swimming and hiking.
