The seminar has a morning session from 8:30 am until 11:45 am and an afternoon session that runs from 1:00 pm until 4:15 pm. Mr. Frankenberger will be speaking at the afternoon session on Strategies for Reducing Defects and Liability where he will discuss risk management, dispute avoidance, peer reviews, preventive measures and what to do if you are sued.
