David Frankenberger will be speaking at the National Business Institute’s “Human Resource Law from Start to Finish” seminar on Wednesday, December 3, 2014. The seminar will be conducted at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bakersfield, California. Employers are encouraged to attend this training, as it will provide a comprehensive primer on Labor and Employment issues and provide approaches for employers to protect themselves from employee lawsuits while maintaining a productive workforce.

Mr. Frankenberger will discuss “Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Employment Context”. He will also present the topic “Discipline and Discharge – Necessary Documentation.” Other topics to be discussed will include wage and hour issues and compliance with the National Labor Relations Act.
