Von’s practice focuses on construction litigation, specializing in the defense of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims and breach of contract/delay claims arising from construction of residential and commercial properties.

His law practice includes defending home inspectors, and real estate agents and brokers in professional liability, and real estate litigation. He also counsels and assists small business clients on commercial transactions, lease negotiations, and formation of business entities.

Von has trial and appellate experience in the fields of real estate and commercial landlord / tenant disputes. He has tried a number of cases resulting in defense verdicts. He has also represented his clients in mediations and binding arbitrations in construction defect matters.
