Partners Joseph J. (J.J.) This is the sixth year Mr. Kilduff has been acknowledged as a Super Lawyer. This is the sixth year Mr. Frankenberger has been acknowledged as a Super Lawyer.  Mr. Frankenberger is the Managing Partner of the Fresno and Bakersfield offices. He is a newly elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer for 2018. This is the first year Ms. Seita has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.  Ms. Seita  is a partner and trial attorney in the Fresno/Central Valley office.  Her prior experience includes working for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Fresno in various capacities, including in the Administrative Division, the Victim Witness Unit and the Criminal Unit.
