Senior Counsel | Oakland/East Bay
Linda is Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Oakland/East Bay office. She has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, from pre-litigation claims through trial. Her diverse practice includes defending clients in state and federal court in products liability, real estate, professional liability, premises liability, construction defect, and habitability matters.
Linda earned her J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, and her B.A. from Yale University. While a law student, Linda served as an executive editor of the U.C. Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. She also served as the president of the Hastings Public Interest Law Foundation. She has been committed to social justice issues since high school and continues to advocate for under-served communities. While working in private practice, she also volunteers her time to serve as pro bono counsel with the Justice and Diversity Center.
When Linda is away from the office, she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring cultures through culinary adventures. She has explored three continents covering over 15 countries. She is an avid runner having run two marathons, 5 half marathons and numerous 5 and 10ks.
