Mitchell R. VanLandingham

Mitchell is an Associate in the Firm’s Oakland/East Bay office. His litigation experience includes defending construction defect claims, as well as personal injury, motor vehicle, premises liability, and labor and employment matters. He has litigated cases in both state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies.
Born and raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley, Mitchell graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. While at UC Hastings, was active in the school’s flagship law review, Hastings Law Journal, and the moot court program. He was involved in Hastings Appellate Project, successfully representing a client pro bono before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mitchell was also a judicial extern for The Hon. James M. Humes of the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District.
Mitchell currently lives in the East Bay with his family.
